Fair Play & Tournament Rules

1. The Format: "The Surgical 50" 🏎️💨

  • Squad Size: 6v6 (5 outfield players + 1 goalkeeper).
  • Match Duration: 2 x 25 minutes of high-intensity play with a 5-minute halftime tactical reset.
  • The Clock: Matches start precisely at the scheduled time. A 10-minute delay results in a forfeit to protect the "Logistics Derby" schedule.

2. The Professional Surface 🏟️

  • Venue: Professional Indoor Turf (Vallhall Arena).
  • Footwear: Artificial grass boots or turfs only. Metal studs are strictly prohibited to ensure player safety and surface integrity.
  • Protection: Shin guards are mandatory for all participants.

3. The "Director’s" Code of Conduct 🤝

  • Corporate Integrity: This is an elite networking environment. Any form of violent conduct, verbal abuse, or derogatory language will result in an immediate permanent ban for the individual and potentially the entire company team.
  • Referee Authority: The referee is the "Chief Justice" of the pitch. Their decisions are final. Respect for officials is the baseline of the World Cup Norway brand.

4. The "Third Half" Protocol 🍻🍔

  • Hospitality: Following the final whistle, all teams are invited to ØST Gastropub for post-match analysis and corporate networking.
  • Ethics: While competition is fierce on the pitch, the "Friendship Cup" spirit must prevail at the bar.

5. Safety & Liability 🛡️

  • Insurance: Participants play under their own corporate/personal accident insurance.
  • Emergency: A first-aid kit is available at the Match Coordinator’s station for minor "Surgical" repairs.
