Terms and Conditions: Corporate Match (2x25 min)

Terms and Conditions: World Cup Norway Corporate Challenge

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a match with Scholten WorldCupNorway (Org nr: 937406444 MVA), the Customer (Company) agrees to these terms in full. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Customer and World Cup Norway.

2. Payment & Financial Compliance

Match Fee: The registration fee is 3,500 krNOK (+ 25% MVA).
Payment Method: For "Offline Payment (Faktura)," full payment must be visible in our DNB Bank account at least 24 hours prior to kickoff. Slots are not considered "Confirmed" until the deposit is verified.
Organization ID: All transactions must reference the Order ID provided at checkout.

3. Match Schedule & The "Blitz" Rule

Duration: Matches are scheduled in 60-minute blocks (50 minutes of active play + 10 minutes for team transition).
Reporting Time: All participants must report to the Match Coordinator 15 minutes before kickoff for bib assignment and registration.
Forfeit Policy: Matches start exactly at the scheduled time. Teams arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the match without a refund to protect the schedule of subsequent matches.

4. Cancellation & Credits

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before kickoff will receive a 100% credit for a future match booking.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of kickoff are non-refundable and non-creditable.

5. Equipment, Safety & Insurance

Gear: World Cup Norway provides professional referees, match balls, and bibs.
Footwear: Players must wear appropriate footwear for artificial turf. Metal studs are strictly prohibited. Shin guards are mandatory for all participants.
Insurance: Participants are advised to ensure they are covered by their own corporate accident insurance or Bedriftsidrett. World Cup Norway is not liable for standard sporting injuries.

6. Media & Networking Consent

By participating, the Customer and players grant World Cup Norway the right to use match photography and video for the purpose of community networking on the WCN SOCIAL platform and iWantSport.com.

7. Conduct

World Cup Norway maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violent conduct, racism, or derogatory language. Any such behavior will result in an immediate permanent ban from the network without refund.
