1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a match with Scholten WorldCupNorway, the Customer (Company) agrees to these terms in full.

2. Match Schedule & Late Arrival

Matches are scheduled for 60-minute blocks (50 minutes play + 10 minutes switch).
Matches start exactly on the hour. Late arrival of more than 10 minutes will result in a forfeit to ensure the "Blitz" schedule remains intact for other teams.
No refunds are provided for forfeited matches due to late arrival.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Full payment of 1,200 NOK (+ 25% MVA if applicable) is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before kickoff will receive a full credit for a future match.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

4. Equipment & Safety

Scholten WorldCupNorway provides match balls and team bibs.
Players must wear appropriate footwear for artificial turf at Frogner Stadion. Metal studs are strictly prohibited.
Shin guards are mandatory for all participants.

5. Waiver of Liability

Participants acknowledge that football involves inherent risks of injury.
Scholten WorldCupNorway and the City of Oslo (Frogner Stadion) are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event.
The Team Captain is responsible for ensuring all players are aware of these risks.

6. Conduct & Fair Play

Respect for referees and opponents is mandatory. Racism, derogatory comments, or violent conduct will result in an immediate ban from the community without refund.
