1. Introduction
These terms govern the registration for tournaments organized by WorldCupNorway (Org. nr: 937406444. By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration & Payment
Registration is binding once the fee is paid via Stripe (Card/Vipps) or an EHF/Faktura is issued. Prices are in NOK. WorldCupNorway is currently not VAT registered (MVA-fritt) under the 50,000 NOK threshold.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days before the event start will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
4. Liability
WorldCupNorway is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of property during the event. Teams are encouraged to have their own sports insurance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law and the jurisdiction of [Oslo/Stavanger] court.
